Graphics tutorial

I decided to make another graphics tutorial for my youtube channel youlovelouise so i thought i'd post a link here. the graphic itself isn't the best, but it was done in 50 minutes, and i had to cut a lot of the video out.

A practice at poses

I've got no idea what i want to do with this graphic, but i wanted to practice drawing poses from the top of my head, because i'm awful at drawing them! This headless model has some booty on her. The hands are messed up but i've never been good at them.

New icon

I decided it was time to change my user icon from my katy perry graphic to something actually involving my medoll! Haha. This was a fairly quick graphic, but i love the dress and pose, even though the shoulders are a bit iffy. I think i got the shading on the dress spot on though :D It's obviously inspired by marilyn monroe, but i had to add my own twist to it, so i used my favourite stardoll hair colour. I do think the neck looks a bit squashed though.

Another graphic at last!

I've been busy with exams lately, so i'm sorry for not posting anymore graphics! But here is one at last!

It's actually from my new magazine that i might make, but im not sure if i can really be bothered. I love the hair, and the dress (lets see who can guess who inspired it, ha!) But im not very happy with the pose. I couldn't draw the hand at all, but it looked alright before i put the dress on it. Oh well.

PSG/ Lipstick design contest

This is just my entry for the psg/lipstick outfit design contest :) Just thought i'd upload it. I'm awful at drawing shoes though. I can never get the position of the heel/wedge right.

I've spent just over a week on this graphic. I don't think i really need to explain who it is :) But it's one of my favourite graphics so far. Enjoy.

J'ai retourne

Yes, I'm back :) After my impromptu, but extended absence from stardoll I have decided to come back, and that includes my graphics. So here's a dress from a random picture on google i've drawn, i think it's ok considering the last graphic i made, was the last one posted on the blog.

I've gotten ALOT better at art since i left. I'd like to scan some of my work in, but it's in my folio at school. But has my graphics improved with it? I'll let you decide that over the next few posts :) I've been away from stardoll for nearly 5 months, so feel free to update me on what's been happening.

Note; For some reason the graphic has uploaded badly, even though it's png. I'll try to fix it at some point. But the sides of the skirt etc are actually smooth.
